CFD How to Get Around

Parking lots at Frontier Park (8th and Carey Avenues) charge $25 per vehicle. No overnight camping is permitted. Lots open at 7 a.m. and are locked at 1 a.m. Street parking in neighborhoods south of the park is free. Be aware that strict parking rules must be followed; cars will be towed at owner's expense.

Handicapped / Assisted Parking

Individuals who need assistance with parking or seating should contact the Cheyenne Frontier Days ticket office at (307) 778-7222. Designated parking areas are set aside in F Lot or at the Park-n-Ride.

Park-n-Ride

Cheyenne Frontier Days has a Park and Ride lot just a few minutes from Frontier Park. The parking lot is located off Interstate 25 on the "Missile Drive/Happy Jack Rd" exit. On southbound I-25 take exit 10D; Northbound take exit 10B. The "Bull" lot is at Happy Jack and I-25, Once parked, take the shuttle bus. For $20 per carload, you get service to the gate and back to your car, and it includes gate admission for everyone in the car.  The bus is handicap accessible. It runs from noon to 12:30 am the first Saturday through the final Sunday.

The Downtown Express Shuttle runs daily, July 21-30, between Frontier Park and downtown. Sponsored by the DDA, the free shuttle departs downtown behind the CHEYENNE sign on Lincolnway between Central and Warren Ave. t 10:00 am, and at the top and bottom of every hour until 6:00 pm. It departs from CFD, west of the main entrance at tour bus parking every half hour. The buses are handicapped accessible.
